The plan started at five, after learning about a grandmother I'd never meet, who passed away from cancer that was diagnosed too late. Twenty years, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and graduate research in vascular surgery later, I was standing in a hospital corridor in scrubs — exactly where the plan said I'd be.
What the plan didn't account for: more questions in my head than answers, and a feeling of self-betrayal if I kept following it straight into medical school. I still geek out on scientific literature and the latest findings in health and biohacking — but the traditional Western approach to health was missing a few puzzle pieces. An identity crisis followed, along with eczema, panic attacks, and gastritis. Ten years of meditating by then had already taught me one thing fast: a clear mind is the key to almost everything else.
The next several years went into big investments — studying psychosomatics, nervous-system regulation, and subconscious patterning under professionals who'd spent decades applying the knowledge, not just teaching it from books. Training that ran from hospital labs to a monastery in India, chasing one question: how do you actually create the healthiest body? My approach is where the answer lives now — the cumulative product of two threads: the medical training, and ten years of inner work running alongside it.
The greatest investment is always yourself — and knowledge that's been tested by years of practice. What I bring to clients today is a unique combination of skills learned from coaches all over the world.
